I dont know the percentage, but its at 2 5/8th inches from the LE at the root. I can measure the chord tonight and get you the %.

That would be a great help thanks.

Ive slowed down a bit with my DSing , did a lot of powered flying lately because of good weather but our windy season is now starting so I am getting ready again. Still with coro , the DSing has helped me to get my designs better. Ive even built a 2.4m glider but cant get rid of elevator flutter when it really starts to pick up speed so I am going back to my original size gliders for DS.
I started making CF reinforced spars and my wings are very strong.
I built a plank but I am strugling to get the CG right thats why I am asking.

You guys are realy doing well out there .

Bex

For homebrew plank CGs (I've built about 4) you want to start at 15% and move back from there. Don't go for anything behind 18% to start until you have sorted out the throws, etc. Trust me.

I don't know. I did have to wait a few hours for the vid to become available, but I thought it was good to go.

Did'nt know there was a private option, does not good on a public forum. Let me try to fix it.

Try now.....
