So yeah, baby steps!
Most like me try and land to slow, stalls and falls. Then to fast and to much elevator and it will porpoise on you. Also the wind will effect how much control surface is needed. Into a breeze, got to keep the motor on, nose down, flare at the ground. Sounds easy!

Most of the "bouncy" landings I've seen (including many of my own) are due to coming in without power. The T28 flies so well at low speed and drops fast so it's easy to come in too steep and slow.

I've had some flap landings that literally, the plane drops from a bout 2 feet off the deck at almost a stand still and still tends to "land on it's feet".

Great flying airplane but, if your new keep the power on when you land until you get the hang of the flaring thing. Touch and goes are a great way to practice powered landings.

Ok, I think I figured out the little $24 Super Tigre ST.10 in in the T-28.

The ST .10 motor should work fine as a drop-in, hopped-up replacement for the stock motor with the T-28's 30A ESC, as long as you stick with the stock prop or weaker. The GWS 10 x 8 x 4 pulled too much power for the stock ESC and the ST .10 engine, switching to a 40A ESC clears up all problems with the 4-blade.

Going to flight test it tomorrow with the GWS 4-blade and the 40A--should be gravy.

Hey Z, no disrespect intended whatsoever but, Is that little motor going to even pull the plane? It looks awfully small. Maybe it packs a punch huh? I will have to check out the specs. Man that thing looks tiny.
