I bought mine here, and this is the best price that i know of on the web.

plus you get free shipping on orders over $150 which would apply for the RTF version but not for the PNP.

The average retail price of the T-28 RTF is $219.99. The average price of the T-28 PNP is $159.99. If you have a local store your best bet is to just buy from there, you'll usually end up paying about 8-10 dollars shipping online. Word of advice, ask an employee to open the plane and inspect it for damage. Also if you're going to go the safe route, factor in at least another 50 dollars for new receiver/external BEC. Not to mention any additional batteries.

I like this price but how is their website? Is it good shipping and fast, no brocken parts etc?

I used them and they shipped through FedEx so i got everything in a timely manner. Unfortunately my wing was damaged during shipping but that was FedEx's fault. But i called ultimate hobbies and told them this and they told me that they would contact Horizon Hobbies and send me a new wing immediately free of charge. So I know that they have great customer service. I would order from them again especially cause their prices are so low.
