which airfoil for small wings (f-104, salamander)

Which airfoil should be used for a scale f-104, salamander, sr-1 or tiger II?

Not minding the speed be it slow or fast, just want it to fly.

Should have flaps and leading edge flaps, thin or thick?

Just want to reach scale as much as possible.

In the F-104, as a guy said before, the pilots flew with the flaps and slats almost all the time, to get more lift, and those wings need speed to fly, but if you design a light weight model, the more lift wing is flat botton ( clark Y) or cambered like fan-tastic sabre and MiG 15, if you see the wing of salamander, the rooth rib is with angle and the tip in washout, if you use flaps, are some risk in mantain the speed.... As I do not look for speed demons in edf, I like the edf-50 and this edf work great with cambered wings....
