In the good idea bin -

Please add coil spring landing gear to the F-4 like the F-15 and P-38. The straight-legged versions on the A-4 are tough to use for us that don't grease every landing.

Why doesn't GWS make what the distributor and each regional market want first? If there is profit margin and demand, then the distributors will not hesitate. A big box of low cost foam that take up valuable container space is not so attractive. (F4 is a commodity unlike a Slow Stick which is a more UNIQUE design)
Also GWS always seems to have a supply delay with regular selling items.
If GWS can't satisfy current product demands, then customers are less likely to buy something new.

Besides, there is already a nicely painted foam F4 RTF with 2 PILOTS available now for sale.
Just look in the EDF forum...

But we do not want one already painted for us and looks like crap.

I agree with L33a. I want a bird that I can customize and mod as needed, and paint up in whatever scheme I choose. I don't want something that looks like every other model out there.

I chuckle every time I go to a fly-in and see 5 E-Flight AT-6's or P-38's, all looking exactly alike.

just cosmetic issue.
A little longer, here and there, and that is it.
And white foam is great. We can
have our own choice of color scheme.
I am getting tired seeing many same
looking planes in the air over and over again.

flight enverlope, the handling, the power... etc...

Not saying no NPS, but also offer RR/RTF so distributors wil bite.
Why doesn't GWS just set up a shop online for the early/lonely birds/NPS/parts crowd that are getting the cold shoulder from distributors?

RR/RTF is for GWS to support distirbutors = better bottom line.
It is necessary "evil" because GWS NPS are low priced kits.
I am saying sell both NPS and RR/RTF.
Why do you think distributors are hesitant to carry new GWS kits?
How come GWS hasn't released a single airplane this year?
Of course, the most important thing is:
When will we actually be able to buy a GWS F-4?
