However, there is something about the nose that doesn't seem quite right...obviously this is a test bird but it looks wrong. The gun port under the nose should be longer. Or is it just me???

Size is not bad - Although, I'd still like to see it made for twin 55's. Why not R&D another with the twin 55's? Then you can compare the 2 for preformance.

It's just that - while the 75 is a nice size fan - you need to run 3S at 60 amps!! or 4S. When the 55's can run a 3S or 4S in a 2100 size. Makes it cheaper! Maybe easier too as lots of people have this very popular size of lipo.

But EDF75 cost much than twin EDF55s!!!

Also two small ESCs for EDF55 still more costy than a single one for EDF75.

yes i think the E model came with a more modern and smaller radar, but the longer barrel cannon needed a longer nose. Though i think the GWS prototype's nose looks more like the early prototype on the F4H/F110 though

Here's a thought: Is it possible to give consumers the choise of fans? make it such that it can fit one 75 or 2 55's?

Also, is it going to be 2 aileron servos or will we have the F4U Corsair torque rod issue again?

Mr. Lin,

F4 is looking great. Size is good also. I agree that the nose needs refining but realize this is a prototype. Also did you consider putting alerons on the inboard wing sections? Many people have done it this way with good results. Also this allows for better flaperon operation for those who like to try this. Also, two scale details that would help much would be twin nose gear and intake splitter plates.

BUT she is a beautiful looking bird and I would buy one in a heartbeat. I like the option of either a twin EDF 55 or the single EDF 75.
