12 degrees = no crashing today!

Here's my fleet, waiting for warmer weather.

Of course, the venerable Tiger Moth is out front, with well over 100 flights. Next we have a scratch built low wing sport plane (Speed 400) with 30+ flights.

Lastly, we have the just completed Graupner BO 209 Monsun. This kit is simply beautiful, and I hope she flies as good as she looks!

Hey again, bass.
I was in your possition and went for the GWS slowstick. This plane is amazing! It will fly so slow, it will almost float, and yet it can go fast, and go really really high up there. It also is so light it can lift a few ounces, which makes it great for hooking up a pencam and taking AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY (fun)

Hiya BassPlay

as Geforce said the slowstick fits that guideline right off the bat
48" wingspan throttle, rudder, and elevator control (3 channels)

only bad habits it has is a tendency to want to porpoise at 2/3 to full throttle (due to no thrust angle built in on the stick or gearbox)
and it can be a little difficult to make the rudder turn with the light pushrods provided, on the push portion of the control movement

there is a really good thread about compensating for these two issues in a thread started by Boomerace i think it was titled GWS slowstick

of course i did see an aerobird fly the other day and i am quite impressed with it

i believe it is also fitting the requirements you stated

aslo there is the ....ahem ahem "Z" wing thing (AKA a Zagi)

Good news! I just went to AZ Chuck's home page, and he has plans for the pink wing (in front), and the blue plane that looks like it's missing it's nose (front right, next to the pink wing). Now, I just need plans for the other's!
