For Sale
Getting out of glow SALE #2

As mentioned in my first sale thread, I am getting out of glow powered models and making a move to electric. I have several models for sale here that have been sitting around, not being used, been moved twice, etc. etc. etc. That being said, they all show the usual hangar rash associated with such a lifestyle. These will all be local pickup only. These presently reside in my basement in the great white north country of Two Harbors Minnesota. I may move them down to my brothers house in a more civilized area known as the twin cities, Bloomington Minnesota to be precise. Again, I am not shipping these so please don't ask. I am putting individual pricing on each model, but a person could make my day by simply saying "I'll take them" and plunking $400 into my Paypal account, a steal in anyones book.

Model #1. Sig King Kobra. 58" span, 60 size. I can't find the main gear... easy to make though. Set up as a tail dragger. Originally powered by an OS .61SF. $100

Model #2. Modeltech Soprano II. 59" span 40 size. Low wing sport plane. Great aerobatic sport plane. Originally set up with OS .46. Stripped of it's cheap ARF covering and re-covered in Monocote. $70

Model #3. Scratch built Dick Sarpolus design called the Speedo 40. 49" span. I have built three of these over the years because they are a hoot to fly. I had one with a Rossi .40 with a quarter wave pipe on it that was just scary fast until it met a light pole...Makes a fun sport plane with a regular .40. $60

Model #4. Model Tech 50" span .15 to .25 size ARC P-51 Mustang. It is partially covered in Monocote aluminum color and all parts are accounted for. $50

Model #5. An old free flight model called a Powerhouse that I was going to convert to glow power. It has an aluminum CB motor mount in the nose that will fit an OS .10. It is 50" span and covered in transparent red and transparent yellow. $75

Model #6. Motor glider called an Ariane by Aviomodelli of Italy. 115" span with an included OS 32F engine already installed. Very minor crash damage that can be easily fixed. $175

As always, please ask if you have any questions or want more detailed pictures. Thanks for looking!!

Your old timer looks like a scaled down version of a Sal Taibi 84" Powerhouse.
It is a great flying model. You can put the transmitter down and take a nap.
Here are a couple photos of mine:

I almost forgot...Model #6. I have a motor glider called an Ariane by Aviomodelli of Italy. It is 115" span and will include the mounted OS .32F engine. I flew this model less than ten times, but did have a minor crash with it. Very easy to fix damage. I can post pics of damage if anyone is interested. I would like to get $175 for this model. Local pick up only. Or take all 6 for $400!!

Crash damage on the Ariane is minimal. There is a puncture where the aileron actuating rod punched through the fuse side after the wing flexed forward. There is a crack above the landing gear on the left side. The wing rod was bent ( I have a spare). The "rack" that holds the fuel tank broke loose from the fuse on the inside ( I built it way too light ). Thats about it. If you need any more info please ask.
