Did some AP with my tricopter today at lunch. The dark sky made it hard to get a clear picture. I'm looking forward to Spring.

Great shot. The tricopter must make it super easy to get the exact shot you want.

+1

Equipment is only a part of getting a good shot. The bigger part is talent and perserverence. Nice job Ryan.

Good point. I would imagine Cliff is now realizing just how stupid his comment was.

And as an added bonus we can have this pointless banter on this thread!!!!!

Cliff knows that as well. Besides, I didn't recognize his new avatar. What's up with that??? She loves me, she loves me not???
I know I always get a bit miffed when someone looks at one of my photos and says, "Wow, you must have a great camera."

Nice avatar Cliff.

I always tell my patients if they aren't at least a little crazy they are completely insane.

It kind of goes along with never growing up and only being as old as you act.

Thanks? I'm just now trying to explain to my wife why this is so funny but I guess this is one of those "you had to be there" kind of humor things?

Anyway in Cliffs defense, Yes the tricopter does make it easy to get the exact shot you want. I wouldn't say "super easy" but I don't think I could have got this shot with my plane today because of the wind. I just wish I could get rid of the vibration in the camera. Most of my shots are to blurry to post.

NateT, how'd the video turn out of your Beast crash? It wasn't nearly as sexy a crash as when Jon crashed his Beast into an outhouse, but at least you got video from it.
