Woodie, just open the pic from where you have it hosted to full size, then right click and "copy image location" follow the rest of the directions Picassa, photobucket are all free Facebook is just another server to use, if you don't use that tool, you have other options But you will need to run two browsers! Cuz, every big pic you want to load you have do it all over again!

OK, so all you need to do is grab the "IMG" code, simply by clicking in the box somewhere.

NOTE!!! -- What you will see will be different, but not different enough to confuse. These are screenies from my iPhone. Yep, I'm being lazy. After you see the box you clicked in turn yellow and say "copied", come back here and paste the text below, like this:

If done correctly, you will have a rather large image inside a black box.

Oops. Looks like that image wasn't big enough to warrant a black box. Well, you get the picture. Yuk yuk yuk!

Al, meet up at Baylands Thursday maybe? I'll be going there to let out some frustration.

LS, work has me at 7 days this week, let me know what time you will be there, see what I can do! Just to let you know, BoT has been covered by a lot of woodie guys here!

"All those extra..." ???

All I do is open a new tab in my current browser, go to Photobucket, and upload right there. Then I go through all that I posted earlier. It sounds like a lot, but is usually done in about ...... maybe a dozen clicks, at most.

LOL! My camera doesn't have too many menus. It's pretty straightforward. I have some gimmicks and editing, that's all I need. I'm sure that there are more menus I haven't explored yet.

Good stuff guys! I do a simplified edit in Windows Paint utility as follows.

Take picture with phone/camera, load to PC.
Rightclick on it, select 'Open with' then select 'Paint'.
(You will not have a HUGE image open in Paint)
Hit Ctrl+W and resize - about 30% original size will do it for a 2MP digital camera.
(I find 640x480 or 800x600 is plenty big enough for the boards, you can hit Ctrl+E while in Paint to see the image attributes such as size measured in pixels.)
After I've got it sized right I save it into another folder as a 'JPG' file, as they're small and good quality.

Hope that helps guys. Might sound complicated but speeds upload times immensely and lets you post good quality pics online fast and without clutter.
