Voltage differance at end of charge OK?
When charging my Polyquest 2S 4000mah lipos, at first the voltage is the same, around 3.80v. At the end of the charge, and just before the Cellpro 4S goes into balance mode, the voltages of the two cell will be different, usually cell 1 will be 4.15v, and cell 2 will be 4.20v.
Is this difference of 0.05v at the end of the cycle something to be concerned about (the Cellpro always finishes them off at 4.20v each)? I also notice after some time, cell 1 will be less then 4.20v, maybe around 4.17v the next day, but the other one usually stays fairly close to 4.20v.

that's becuz the pack is not fully charged , only a slow charge will stabilize the voltage
when the charge current goes down to zero @ 4.2V when using a regulated source and NO, U don't have to use a VOLTAGE CLAMP
