Great news Rick! Congrats to you and your family...
Are you going to be one of the grandpas (like my dad is) who cannot change a diaper?? He made it all the way through father and grandfatherhood without changing one single diaper! All of his grandkids are out of diapers now so at least my wife and I can go out to dinner and a movie when he's in town! |

...remember to have 2 clean diapers to change one dirty one.
1 to go on the baby, 1 to cover the weapon in case of a resurgence... ![]() Rick |

Now what do I do?
Hi guys. Want to get your opinion on this. Please use picture as guide. As you see by the picture my right side of the elevator is .5 inch higher from ground then the left side of the elevator wing. Problem is that the left side slot on the fuselage seems to be lower than the right side. Its almost like the tail end of the fuselage is a bit warped. Second problem is that I glued everything in before I noticed the discrepancy.
Everything else on the elevator and rest of the measures dead on per manual. So I’m wondering what kind of problems I would encounter if I was to fly it as is. Or should I rip everything apart and try to correct the issue which could open up a can of worms because if I’m right I would have to somehow “fix” the fiberglass fuselage tail end. |

Rob, take that same pic but lift the nose up so that the wings are in line with the horiz. stabilizer. It's hard to tell for sure from that pic but it looks like both sides are low, with the left being lower than the right, of course.
Personally I'd fix that one way or another before I flew it. I wouldn't be comfortable flying it that far out of whack. |

It does look like your entire fuselage is warped (twisted). It's not just the anhedral (droop) of your horizontal stabs that looks out of whack, but your vertical also appears to be leaning. Best advise i can give you is: Find the receipt and try to get your money back. ![]() Other Rick |
