I thought this forum should have a news and events page where we can talk about the next week or plan a nightfly, etc.. I also thought we should combine it with a Help section where people like me can ask help if we are stuck on something.

I think the Club meeting minutes could be posted here. Does anyone take notes during the club meetings?

Giant scale flyin this weekend at superstition airpark(where the electric fest was). Monoplanes 80", Bibes 60", I heard they are not enforcing the size regulation because its not a sanctioned event. Rick H. and I will have the p-38,p-47 and my obsession out there. I think Aaron is bringing his fokker and Bob Ruff is bringing his 102" c-130. Should be alot of cool planes.....

I have a request from members of the club.

Does anyone have a 10X4.7 prop that I can use on something I am bringing to the field on Saturday? I bought one last weekend, but I was testing the plane and broke the prop! I can get a new one this Saturday after 10am, but I need something I can fly with from about 6am. Is anyone gonna be out there that early who can loan me a 10X4.7 prop??? I'd really appreciate it!

Can you update me on the directions to field? I only went once during AEF and I got lost before I found it

What time is it from? Is there a fee?

I'm on my way to hobby hanger. Prop is my treat as long as I can teach your wife to fly like Rick.

Oh I will be at the field at 6:00am.

Anyone interested in Free Flight because thats what I will be doing without a TX.

I am seriously considering building this little Piper Cherokee as a FF model for the indoor funfly. OR I could pirate the parts from my Cox Micro Warbird and make it R/C. I'm on the fence about it.

BTW- What happened to your TX? I take it that was the problem Saturday? I wish I knew something about radios so I could help you...

He did talk to me last Sunday about his DX6.

I overnighted my DX7 yesterday so I hope for a quick turn around. I guess without me flying I can work on the honey do list.
