Engine sounds for the PBR Mk1 river patrol boat

Hi, I'm searching the net for engine sounds for the USN PBR MK1 (Patrol Boat, River) as used in Vietnam. There seems to be a scarcity of such sounds.

Does anyone have any or know where I can find some. I've Googled, tried YouTube and commercial sound clip libraries, all to no avail.

Thanks

PCF Sound

I do have a wav file for the PCF Mk1 which uses GM V12-71 diesels. PM me and I'll send it to you. wav file includes engine startup, idle, increasing throttle to cruise speed.

I am completely computer illiterate....but you can try "You Tube" and see what comes up. I have found EMD's, 671 Screamin' Jimmys and CATS. No reason you couldn't find a 6v53.

Getting a recording off "You Tube" may be another issue....

The PBRs were heavily muffled. Rivet-counters would be appalled if your scale model could be heard more than 3 feet away!

The idea was to sneak up on the bad guys as quietly as possible after contact it didn't matter any more how much noise you made but before hand QUIET!!!!!!
