Kyosho Stratus 1600 Sport with V-tails.
Is this model available in the US or is it just overseas? All the web sites I visit that list it are in Germany, France, etc.

It's only available overseas. I did an exhaustive search on this subject when I was looking for a Soarus 1600 V. I had found one in Denmark when I was visiting, but decided to pass as I thought I could get one here. No luck.
Here is a message I got from CMC-Versand in Germany on the Soarus 1600 which should be about the same price as the Stratus 1600 V "Hallo , the plane will cost 130,01 Euro and postage will be 40,92 Euro. The plane is not in stock and must be ordered, but at Kyosho germany its in stock. So inhouse deliverytime will be arround one week and shipping needs 4-10 days.
