Hi.
How can you help me to identify the new motor for 4-3 B metal heli?
The original motor is marked as:
184K-3.0
0568 WKL074
Motors I bought for this upgrated heli are marked as:
184K-3.0
0368 WKL074.
They seem less powerful. So, they are different in power, or what?

Mario, at one time I saw a link here to a page on your site that lists other parts (servos, gyro's,etc...) but I cannot seem to find that page starting from your home page. Can you provide that link again?

Help Upgrade complete Copter spins in circles ??

I just finished the G10 frame Flex, Deluxe Stability Kit, Shaft Collar-Swashplate standoff & MIA TUFF Ultra-miniature LG what a nice setup...looks so sweet...

Well I have all the electronics installed and powered her up. The copter spins in RIGHT HAND Circles that cannot be compensated by adjusting or even full speed rear motor. I am new to this but am guessing i have something binding in the main shaft or bearings? I lubed the heck out of the t bearings last night and same thing this morning. I adjusted the gear mesh to lightest possible.

The only issue I had was the Swash stand off. I could only use 1 o-ring on top and one between collar and top bearing. I was confused on whether to keep collar on or off and finaly figured it needed to be there.

I am open to suggestions I am up against the wall.....open to trades for a BumbleBee........

The O rings are for the feathering shaft. The main shaft is hold by a pin in lower end and a collar on top, at the upper level of servos.

sounds like t. motor wires are reversed

if you did marios frame and went dd tail-reverse the t.motor wires!


tail needs to spin in same direction as stock

Takiss.....Thanks for the advice, but the web site shows the 3 o-rings that come with the swash standoff, there is 4 o-rings that came with stability kit.

I was just running the Heli in my hand while powering up and you can feel a strong pushing to the right.

Microkite...thanks for the tail tip, I changed it and still the same, it "feels" like an issue with main blade or such.....

Microkites thanks that was the issue.........I needed to reverse the rear motor when doing Direct Drive. I thought I had reversed and tested that, but when you sugested it should be reversed checked again and well, I did not do the splice at plug end proper, swapped them out and OH YEA....she works....its really rough and needs some tuning but the Heli will hover and scoot backwards, some fine tuning of swash and I should have myself a MIA Walkera 4#3B.

If anyone needs the spare parts from the 4#3 let me know...frame landing gear, battery tray, rear motor gear and housing and tail boom. I have canopy also, but its got a small tear and I am using it until I figure which canopy to go with.


Mario do you mention that in the video? I did not hear it mentioned...Thanks to all who helped and continue to help, its awesome and love this hobby.....

it seems ther are a lot of similar motors for the 4#3 i bought a spare motor and it is SMALLER than the original motor....it is lighter which is good, but does this one perform as well? (the smaller one) the original was marked 185k-3.0

right now i am using neither.....i hooked up an air hogs reflex motor, same size as the 185k-3.0......

what about the smaller one guys?


please advise.

the smaller motor you are talking about is the origonal 4-3 FM version motor. these were in the first prototype 4-3B V2's but walkera switched to the new taller can motors for mass production. So play it safe and use the 4-3B V2 tall can motor in the 4-3B V2 as it was designed for the differen't gear ratio and bigger main blades.
