Please indicate so in your order so you get the latest MIA 4#3 frame with the double servo mounting holes and extended frame.

Have Original 4#3 version?

If you have the original FM or 2.4 Ghz 4#3, Any MIA 4#3 Frame will be fine.
Sorry if i confused you , what i mean is should i buy a older 4#3 heli or the new 4#3b heli as you stated that you would personally recommend the original fm one , but as the new 4#3b model is out soon surely they will have improved on the older model , thats why i suppose you would have to have both to see the differences
Cheers

Yes you would have to have both to see the diference.

Buy the 4#3 if you are confortable with the reasons I indicated in my previous post #550.

Buy the 4#3B if you want a slightly bigger heavier heli, spiffy metal parts, and perhaps better performing heli than the 4#3. I am sorry, but at this time, I don't think anyone has suficient comparative data to fully recommend this helicopter over the frist one. They are all good and have their own reasons for being designed and sold as various versions. But from having purchased similar metal upgrade parts from Walkera, I think the 4#3B helicopter will have also great potential.

The good thing is that there is a good amount of people here in this forum, that have been tweaking and searching ways to make these models better and so with which ever helicopter you go with, you will have great support, if not from the company directly, from people that participate and share things in these forums.

the less experienced you are the more you should get a v2!

the biggest complaint I have heard in all the threads so far is that it is too tame for experienced heli people-but that can be fixed!

my biggest beef with 4#3, both v1 and v2 is weak boom, which is my favorite feature of marios frame-pressure fitted and strong-cant be beat

got my free light kit -tube lights for skids and boom-multiple colors-will try on marios g10 bl v2! pix soon!

Thankyou both for your replys !
I think the 4#3b may suit me more , i do have a trex 450 se which im getting better on , but im very much still learning
so the tamer the better for now ! especialy it maybe in the future mario may have a cp head available !
When i got my trex , i bought the se as i wanted the all metal head and the carbon , guess this is why im attracted to the 4#3b
Thanks again

first one to come up with a real 4#3 cp heli gets to be god for a year!

especially if it has 1/2 the durability of the 4#3!

first one to invert a 4#3 will be at least a demi-god!

Jasonjetsky.

Just copy the http link that appears at the brouser URL area and paste it in your response. The video you posted is of a walkera inverted alright but hung by a string.

Jason you took my Idea!!

I wonder what would happen if someone put the blades on upside down, or had some with reversed pitch. I have seen some cx2 vid where a guy did that, he had to hand launch, and catch to land.

how thick is the tube for the lights? I did a homemade version of this idea a while back using a thin drinking straw (coffee stirrer), and some blue LED's and the thin tube looked pretty slick imo. Pretty lighweight too.

P.S. If anyone is looking for a really light battery to run lights' etc, so you dont have to draw from the heli batt, use the little batteries for the lighted fishing bobbers, they are small little cylinders about an inch long, and fit nicely inside the G-10 frame between the servo's.
