Turn off the capacity limit setting, serves no real purpose for lipos

The capacity limit as well as the time limit are adjustable and can be turned off.

It really helps if you download ,print out and study the Owner's Manual.

yeah I did download it, couldn't find the error though in the manual.

yeah page 27 didn't list the error

It is really not an error if one has capacity limit set to 2200 mAh and the charges a 3300 or 5000 mAh battery or has time out set at 120 min. and starts a charge that takes more than two hours.

Chargers still require thier user to do part of the thinking and adjust setting .

It's written first conect charger to power supply and then turn it on.
How I can turn on Pb batery as a power supply?
If I understand correctly, the power supply can be on while conecting charger, but the batery must be disconected...
Can be used big switching power supply? ( more then 900W)

You need to have a little common sense here.

Connecting your charger to a Pb battery with an alligator clip IS turning it on.

I've got a question about charging Nimh packs. I'm trying to charge a 6V 5000mAh pack on my 306B and it completes the charge cycle but my pack is only at 5.25V. What am I doing wrong?

Thank you Junsi for the quick reply. Can you please find out if the charger has arrived in China, and maybe when I can get it or another one back as soon as possible. I was going to write a note to that address which you have sent me, but I think you could find out more easily for me, because I do not know if these letters are getting to the right people.

There is big diference. With power supply you start from zero voltage, but with batery you have directly full voltage on charger, and this can be problem or not?
when not, then I can also conect charger at home to power supply switch on...

If you have no batteries (to be charged) connected to it than it doesn't matter how you turn it on / hook up the power supply. Sometimes I'll plug in my PS with the charger already connected...sometimes I'll connect the charger to the PS AFTER plugging it in. Doesn't matter if you have no batteries connected to it, and even then it might not.

May be in 3.16 ? :-) I would like to know a cell conditions when getting charge.

I have to ask...why?

You can simply check either before or after charging. Since internal resistance of lipolys is very stable over a wide charge state, I see checking during the charge process providing zero benefit, other than saving a few seconds.

ICharger 1010B+

Hi,

My charger is a Graupner Ultramat 16s, but I have a problem with this one, he charges the last cel of a batterie only till 3.09V. He does this with all my batterie's, maybe a bad charger ?

Now, i saw on Hobbyking the Icharger 101B+, I Would like to read this whole thread but there a 'just' +700 pages .

Is this a good charger for me ? I fly electro so i have to charger big batteries. Can i also charge parralel with this charger ?
