Here's my '2012/13' indoor NutBall. It's a fifteen incher, powered by a Hobby King 1612 motor spinning a 5X3 GWS prop on 2S 300 NTs, controlled by a TB 6A ESC, two 4.3 gram servos and a Corona 4 channel 2.4 RX.

LIGHT IS MIGHT.............

It weighs in at 90 grams or 3.17 ounces RTF for a wing loading of 2.58 ounces per square foot. That equates to super slow flight or amazing aerobatics with just a rudder and elevator, and the correct C of G. It will loop and roll both ways, high alfa at a walking pace, prop hang, kind of torque rolls, snaps and those crazy inverted spins, and do cool wall landings with a stall turn for the take off............and all indoors.

After after a few test flights last summer I've finished it's nose and other bits.. its ready for more flying.

Thank you Frank, check out the videos on the thread if you haven't, the sound on the video will give you an idea but it's much better in real life. Tell you what..it was well worth all the extra work for this twin, very rewarding.

Here is my second Underball, done a bit more to it..

-Added a couple of 3mm carbon strips to keep the EPP straight.
-Bent the tips with heat to desired dihedral, neat and strong.

just starting by NB. anyone think 6mm depron and 17" would work? haven't got any EPP at the mo. What motor would you recommend?

Oh and Joseico, how did you do the U/C on your twin?

A blue wonder on 2 or 3s will work fine on that..

u could go up in size w/ the 6mm , 20" works well for outdoor if u are going that way.
