My cat used to destroy all the catnip mice we got her in an hour or less. The beast! Finally settled for a fresh bag of catnip poured into doubled up sock and sewed shut. Was good for about a year. She loved it.

It's never to late get them a toy.

have had a number of dogs over the years if you bought them a toy with a squeaky in it they would destroy the toy to get rid of the noisy thing, then just ignore it.

When my Lab was young he tore a squeaky out of a toy and carried it around and used it to "talk" to us.

While not a new picture. This shows how difficult it can be in the workshop to get something done. Specialy with all the headbutting going on. Then too there is the stretching and napping on the shoulder trick.
