Robbe has very nice looking 1:25 scale figures, if that's close enough.

You might try G scale figures at your local model train store. Or try
www.walthers.com. I have some G scale figures for my 1:24 scale tug
made by Presier (sp?) and they are pricy but very high quality.

1/24 figures

OK Ladies and Gentlemen - If you are looking for 1/24 figures and accesories you should really check ouit Scale Equipment LTD at www.seldt.net. They offer a really great selection of 1/24 figures and other stuff in the form of resin kits.

That link doesnt work: www.seldt.net

I googled Revell Germany 1/24th scale figures and got nothing.

Model Slipways only seems to list 1/32 scale figures on their site.

I'll try walthers but I'm not sure I'll find what I'm looking for. What I'm looking for is figures that could be stand-ins for WW2 US Navy personel, like these which are not in the scale I'm looking for.

Alternately, figures wearing just shoes and shorts will do.

If anyone finds anything that looks like the above, thanks in advance. Happy new year by the way!

The correct link for Scale Equipment Ltd is http://www.seltd.net/products.html. Pricey as all this type of stuff is.

Also found Larry's G scale. I like the cases of beer and coke under food & beverages. Also pricey.

I am also looking for 1/24 scale figures and accessories to add to my boat. Would like to find something other than cast metal figures. There must be something out there made in China? Ya think? At about 2.75 inches tall per person, hopefully can find something realistic looking. Still have to check the toy stores. If not will have to make my own. Was thinking I can use dowels for body and limbs and connect the parts with 14 gauge copper electrical wire to make them movable. Maybe cast the head, hands and shoes, but then I would still needed clothing, that's the hard part! I can make some accessories, water hoses from wire, coolers, fishing poles from brass wire from the hobby shop.

Anybody else come across something for 1/24 scale?

The G-scale figures posted so far don't seem to be quite the level of quality I was looking for 8>/

g scale people

i had the same issue with building my 1/2" scale architectural models. (these were more for details) it took me awhile (in terms of scale) to figure out that there were other references to half-inch scale such as G and 1:24. i just recently found a decent site that has high-quality G scale plastic people but haven't needed them recently. it looks like the # of poses may be limited but may be worth asking. hope this helps.....(oh yeah - the site is peoplescale.com)
