I would not buy another EFlite Park 250. I and some others have had problems with them dying from broken internal wires. I do like the Turnigy much better, and have had no problems with them. besides, the EFlite 250 costs $40.00 and the Turnigy costs only $10.00 from Hobbyking. I use a HK 10 amp ESC on them and have not had a HK ESC fail yet.

It an be used but if you use it you have to cover the compleate plane.
And if you cover it with tissue it will have many problems.
I build a plane covered with tissue an my first flight it got many holes in it
I put bespanfolie and it works perfect.
So if you ever want to cover a plane with tissue I wod recomend a glider
Or a free flight plane like a bleriot or a kitty hawk.

I don't know what "spanfolie" is, but I recommend Ultracote Lite which is what I covered mine in. It's simple to use and it works great for hinges too. If you look at the horizontal stab and elevator, you can see I used the covering as a hinge which makes it clean with no hinge gap. I did the same with the rudder as well.

Hi, it doesn't matter if it's electric or fuel powered. The LaStik has a recommended weight of 5.5 oz. Mine came out at 5 oz. and it's perfect. Also the the LaStick plans don't mention the CG location but it is at the wing spar.
Here are the plans for the LaStick.

I was watching an Ace Littlest Stick kit on ebay and it went for almost $50. I could probably build 10 of them for that!

I'm thinking of taking the Park 250 off of mine and using one of my .020's, either my Pee Wee or TD. I initially tried it with both but didn't like not having a throttle. But I'm kinda getting the urge to build some Cox powered models.

I just tiled together a bunch of plans including a Goldberg Jr Skylark, Ace Mach None, and a Pilot Baby. The Baby is of interest because back in the early 80's, before I joined a club and learned to fly, I had one. Only got 2 or 3 very wild, half controlled flights out of it before I stuck it straight into the ground! Not long after that I realized I needed to join the local club and learn properly!
