FYI I have a bare authentic Alienair Jumpjet (no foam) in great working condition, worked on by Phil (of Snelflight fame) that I simply do not fly anymore...looking to sell it to finance other projects. The only two issues/mods with it are that the rear strut has been snipped slightly shorter to accomodate the Harrier body, and the propeller guards have been trimmed, leaving only the outer 1/4 of the guards in place (improved flight times, looks kewl). Low-time battery, great runtimes/power/motors.

Would come with spare props, tx, hobby-grade charger cord, 2 spare motors, spare "retired" JJ, and a brand new/never installed Harrier body! (I really need to get around to making an ad for it in classifieds, with photos and such...)

Eflite Blade mSR for sale also, with tons of extra goodies.

So the jump jet uses the same motor as the saucer?

It would be nice to find some new saucers some where and put them in the air in the house with new mini control boards and esc's. AlienAir was my thing some years ago now I wish I had one of mine back to convert and bring her into the new era.

I have been looking for a supplier of the UFO's recently as well. I can't believe production just ceased on them. They were such a fun little quadcopter and a great way to get people into the multirotor hobby.

The Jump Jets are still around, but they aren't made by Snelflight anymore. Only chinese OEM versions are available. You can find them on Aliexpress.com or Alibaba.com but you need to buy them in quantity.

nope

Hobbyking sells a knock off jumpjet but from the reviews it doesn't work very well.
