This is really an awesome build! What material did you use to make the guide plates for the foam cutting?

I used cardboard on the first one.
this one is CNC hot wire cut, But after the same drawings.
If you look up witch projects I have done the last 10 years, you have a good guide the the development of things.

90mm or 70 mm ? i have a plug for inlet ducts for the 70mm looks like he included blanks for the ducts?
