VMAR Tomahawk - Any Opinions?

Check out the VMAR Tomahawk sold by Richmondrc.com. Looks like a nice ARF. The Tomahawk was always one of my favorites. Do you think this would be a good candidate for electric conversion?

VMAR ie Richmond R/C's Tomahawk is a RIP OFF of the Airsail Tomahawk. So do what you like ,but just out of ethical reasons I would by the Tomahawk direct from Airsail in NZ

"Enhanced Covering System"

My biggest problem with the VMAR line is their "Enhanced Covering System", a polyster film with the scheme embedded in the covering itself (or adhesive). Dings could be difficult to repair. In general the planes are a good deal heavier than necessary as well, but it may vary with the type of airplane.

Firstly I believe the comment in respect to the VMAR being a rip off of the one sold by Airsail is not correct as according to Airsail I bought the last VMAR Tomahawk from them as they had introduced their own version and sold the last one (vmar) at a slightly discounted price to me.
The plane is a nice model, I've filled it full of goodies like an Futaba gyro that I had lying around, its got an onboard rf camera, switchable permanent glow power & mixture control, its powered by OS FL70 and cruises on less than half throttle.
Realise now original post old but might by handy for anyone looking at one now, the airsail one is a little smaller but looks like a nice model
