Quick-change slot for Slow Stick floats

To make it easier to swap back and forth between floats and wheels, I decided to add a plywood slot to my Slow Stick. Ingredients: plywood, super glue, and two brightly colored zip ties.

Floats

The other night was fun flying the SS with floats. I need to get me some. Hopefully the snow will keep coming so I can try my plane with floats.

I put these on primarily for snow. If I ever get up the nerve to try it on water, I'll bag all the electronics up to make them at least water resistant if not waterproof.
