Aussie only build a foamy comp thread :D

Ok, as i offered in this thread > http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=565759

We're having a foamy build comp.
Rules are:
Most of the construction must be from EXPS, EPS can be used for making it look more 'scale' if required, comp not limited to 'scale' looking planes.
Must be built and flown between now and Easter Monday.
Varification of project by pics or another member on forum.
Free plans/sketch of all entrants must be posted.
No winging, whining etc(we have a whole thread for that), it's something for nothing, be happy with it.

Prize:
A variety pack of CF88 3 x 3mm and 3 x 5mm sheets
OR
A BP21 type motor and ESC (including delivery in Aussie)
Winners choice of prize, if theres more than 10 entrants i'll give away both prizes, number 2 spot gets the prize number 1 dosent take.

Judging:
by general concesus of forum members, most Ooh's, Ahh's, Cool's, etc and/or my daughters opinion.

So go for it folks, let the fun begin

What about other materials such as wood for firewalls, motor sticks, wing struts etc? Is there a hard limit or will their usage just fall under the general consensus judging?

OK, I don't want to clog this thread up with questions, but.... Does it need to be from drawings/plans you have done yourself? Or can I build something from plans already posted and build from that?

Cheers, A.

Mostly from EXPS, if you build it from balsa with 6mm foam tail it dosent qualify, balsa/ply/CF etc for firewalls, spars, LG,. so basicaly if it 'looks' like a foamy it's in.

Either/Or, if you build it from existing plans please give credit to the original designer and post a link to the plans for others to enjoy.

I've got limited supplies down this way.
Maybe a poll could be used to decide the winner?
Cheers.
Yeah sure, poster board is just EXPS with card on it, EPP falls in the the same category as EPS but if it's the nice bright coloured EPP from Kmart etc i'll make an exeption, mostly i'd like to see it built from flat foam, but hey this if for FUN so anything within the general spirit is OK

That a word is "aeroplane" I trust - :/

For the fun of it I wish to submit a parkfly aerotow double... the ideas in my head at present are firstly a Lo-100 glider with aerotow release - and if time permits a wilga tug.

Plans will be my own to profile-cartoon-scale for simplicity.

Looking forward to other ideas

Looks good Steve - kinda looks like grey depron

Hey woodsy - it occurred to me that if you want this to be an aussie only contest you ought specify that in the first post.

Lets just say it's something that you could use if you run out of time for part B of your build.
