I am not sure if we have the "Press'n Seal" in the UK, but if I can get some I will definitely be trying this out.

I'll give this thread a bump...I just tried this technique for the first time and it's awesome! I made a crossed checkered flago logo for my Quickee 500 and it was a piece of cake...the possibilities are endless using this method.

I think I remember a similar technique from way back in Faye Stilley's book on covering with monocote.
Still, a ten minute video says it really well, and I like the idea of robbing my wife's Press 'n' Seal out of the kitchen!

Nice work. Very different from Stilley's method which did not work for me.

Got a red bull scheme in the works so this should be a godsend!

I couldn't remember exactly what the Stilley method was, just that it started the same at least, with windex and a pane of glass.
