I use White Gorrilla for spars and other things, ( magnets for hatches )..
But this latest F-22 I've used Weldbond Universal Adhesive. It takes overnight to cure is the only draw back but it dries clear and has some flexability when dry. I got it at Michaels

when is to much to much?

I have attempted to build 5 F-22 , I am a new flyer and pretty new to building, but building this plane is to much fun , I have just rediscovered my childhood. I also have the realflight sim so I put a lot of time simming and actually try to fly once a week . i will complete my build today and start installing electronics, wish me luck and any advice or links to help please let me know

Good luck poppadoc,,,, As others have said, and I agree the F-22 airframe is really a lot of fun to fly . I just went from a DX 6I tx to a DX 7 and right away increased the controll travel to 125% ... It really turns and flips now. Fly it all the time , it's my favorite plane.

Those birds look nice man. Are you using FFF to build them with, or is that EPP painted blue in the one pic just showing the undercarrage? I built one of these out of $ Tree Readiboard, left the paper on, and it was too heavy for the 2100kv motor. I tore most of the paper off and put a 2500kv motor on it and have yet to fly it. I've just purchased my first bundle of EPP and after I finish a couple of 3D projects I'm working on, I may make another F22.. it was a lot of fun to build, and they just simply look awesome!

The 1400mm FMS war birds are all great flying and very forgiving planes . But the flat foamie F-22s are a real kick. 3 projects at once sounds like intervention is in order... lol

I got a built foam fuselage and after some research I guess the plans must have came from this thread. Havent done anything else than added some indoor setup and it was a pleasant surprise, pretty maneuverable with thr and delta only.
