Very Pleased with Model Electronics Corp
Sundry threads aside, I decided to order a couple of Solderless Power Tubes from Model Electronics Corp (www.modelelectronicscorp.com) on 12/18/02 for $19.95 each (as per the website). They show up today (12/20/02) and only cost $13.95 each. Not only did they come much faster than I expected, but they were 30% cheaper than I expected.
 Last Summer I ordered a Superbox and pinion (bored to 5mm) from them and also had great turnaround and an overall pleasant shopping experience. Great job MEC Pete! Mitch |
