Here are some GREAT pics..Rick, this is Pappys "ranch" as you call em, check out the fire pit, which has a water feature too, his, not communal, along with the flowin stream..hard to see his cabin because of his coach..lol AND, looks like pap had a FEW liquid refreshments..

Hiya Kidz!

Been flying helis for years and got the Gemini 600 used as a gift.

Took it out the other day and had a blast!

I've never sailed in any way shape or form before but took to it like a duck to water!

It came with the old school radio so I read and read and read about transitioning to 2.4ghz.

It took of all 20 minutes to remove the old Rx and install the new AR6100e !

Such a relaxing time next to the hair raising antics of those whirly burds!

Fun stuff and I have the HK Genesis Catamaran coming as we speak!

Such a nice time in Florida's 82F Wx!

I would like to see some pictures of your new boat in action. I've looked at that boat a few times and wondered about how it would sail to see what kind of quality it has.

Seen about a million of your posts and enjoy them all!

I have Googled every article I could find including a really good French review of it (Thank you Google Translate) and found nothing but good with one exception. You can't sail it in 20kt winds like our Nirvanas. It will flip.

So the lesson is, is when it's too windy to fly helis one can sail but if the wind is above 10 or 12kts one has to be careful!

I'll post my impressions when it gets here in some weeks!

...I too have looked at that cat...but since I know how I sail, drive, fly...always on the edge...I figured I would be spending too much time in rescue mode to sail a cat...

Almost 80F here today too....with a 5-15mph...heading for the pond in a little while and I hope some nice winter sailing with a Nirvana.

Yeppers my career choice is full f chnace so's I refrain ITRW! Besides, my wallet muscle prevents me from being crazy!

Yah, the Cat looks good fun for that space between too much wind to fly my Align 500 CF but not too windy to break ou the Catamaran.

The motor is cool for lack of wind to bring ya back home but lacks in its ability to right the dang thing!

Hmmmmmm fathers day is around the corner......a tug in my future??

I wonder what would make a good rescue vessel?
