I saw a couple of those around here a few years ago...one sweet ride...gas mileage was around 22mpg for mine...not bad considering the size and power of these cars. I would love to have that wagon...new...

Here's a few pictures of the maiden voyage after smoking the factory servo and swapping the hitech in. The wind wasn't great as the sun was setting and I need to adjust the jib to get it to wing on wing better.

Next time I'll remember a camera other than my phone

I liked that sail boat launching device. Got any information on it for those of us who have physical challenges?

My launch and extraction tool is not as long or deep as the one in the video - but has the same design. 1/2" PVC Sch 40 Pipe and fittings and 4 1/2" PVC electrical sweeps (same dim. as sch 40) and 2 pieces of foam pipe insulator. I filled the sweeps with sand, so I can sink it with out having to force it under the water. It was very resistant to going under the water without the boat on it without the sand.

If you need yours to be longer, just add a couple more tee's and a cross bar for added strength - the longer the pipe lengths, the more support it will need.

So simple even a "caveman" can do it! My challenges are more "mental"

Hi everyone, i am still following you here, and thanks Crash for the amazing site you put on. In the mean time a friend of mine bought another Nirvana and hopefully we will have more in the near future. I upgraded the sail servo and the sheeting lines and at the moment i am planning some graphics on the sails. I will paste some pictures later. See you later.
