Sure thing.

Parkzone micro Cessna 210: 3 (agree with the 2 inside / 3 outside post)
Parkzone Trojan T-28: 4 (probably a 3 with calm day and paved runway)
Anything from Estes with pulse pulse steering: 5

All entries updated.

We're up to 64 distinct aircraft. Keep those ratings coming guys.

Also feel free to review the list and suggest changes and/or correct mistakes in the aircraft designations.

Where's the edited list? Is it just the first post that you're going back and adding new entries into?

Yes it is. I want anyone referencing the list to be able to get the complete list right at the beginning.

I'm putting the replies in place to mark how far into the entries I've assimilated the user contributions into the post 1 list.

I have a Powline Hobbies Yak 54 extreme that's waiting on my dining room table for a dry day to maiden. I should know more about that in a couple of days. I found info on it at another forum site, but little to nothing here.

I've added a section to the first post for ratings people are looking for, so if you have any planes you'd like a rating for, please post them and I'll add them to the list.

Hi jpw,

For the original GWS Formosa, which is a midwing no dihedral pattern flyer, I would say that it makes a good 3rd plane with reservations. This plane, like the Formosa II, will not self correct itself, and it must be flown 100% of the time. You can't take your eyes off of it for even a second.

Therefore, I'd give it a 9.

I would personally bump the fly zone 182 down to a 4 or 4.5, and bump the E-Flight P-47 up to a 5.5 or a 6.

I would also rate the harbor freight wild hawk (an common ez-star clone) as a 2.

I would rate the ultrafly P-51 as a 8

SAPAC fox hawk as an 8

SAPAC F-22 as a 9 or a 10

I flew that Powerline Yak 54 Extreme, finally. Man, it was twitchy. And like the previous poster said about the Formosa, you can't take your eyes off it, even for a second. I give it a 9, but I'm not very experienced, so that may be too hard on it.

FWIW, it seemed very nose-heavy to me, and after giving up elevator constantly, decided it might be nicer with trim. So I glanced down to find my trim, and by the time I looked back up, I desperately needed some up elevator to keep it from crashing. I got the elevator in time, but neglected to notice this gargantuan sign it was heading towards. (I was down the axis of the sign, so it appeared infinitely thin from my perspective.) BAM! Three pieces. But the wing survived unscathed, so I used it to make a Yak Dragon!
