The E-Starter is missing from the list, so I would recommend giving the E-Starter a 3 or 4, leaning more on the side of the 3.

Combat Wings XE2

I rate it a 5. I learned to fly it with a lot of crashing and some good help from guys here on Ezone. A lot of it has to do with getting it set up right so you have half a chance of being able to handle it and I think that's is where the outside help/extensive instruction is a big factor.

5.5-------Fly Zone Cessna 182
2--------- HZ Super Cub
3--------- Global Wattage Cessna 180
2............PKZ Cessna 210 Centurion

I see some rate the PKZ T-28 as a good second plane. Would you say then it would be a good first aileron trainer?

In my opinion this would be an excellent aileron trainer, it's a dream to fly and practicaly lands itself.

The list is up to date.

Apparently if the plane is from Kyosho or it's an F16 replica, it's a bear to fly.

I'm flying a Slo V and a Sky Fly. I'd rate the Slo V as a 3 (right there with the slostick)and the sky fly as a 5 comparitively.

Skyfly is a solid 2. Slow turns and it automatically levels itself just by letting off the sticks. That it also lands very slowly makes it a really easy to fly plane.

E-starter is a 3.

IMHO, no way is the skyfly a 2. It simply flys too fast. I bought both at Christmas time and have been learning on both at the same time. My 10yr old can fly the Slo V by himself now but can only crash the Skyfly. JMO
Also, maybe an asterisk should be added to the slow flyers such as the Slowstick & Slo V noting that is for calm wind conditions only.

I would have to agree. The Sky Fly and most other pod and boom planes are too fast to be a 2 (IMHO). I would rank them as a 3.

Ok, considering the speed it flies, I'm willing to give it a 3.

Where would you guys rank an Alpha F-86 or Alpha Mig? I'm thinking of moving up from my Parkzone Spitfire (it's getting just a little too easy). By the way, I'd give the Spitfire a 5. The PKZ Cessna 210 a 2 if flown indoors, a 3 if outside on a calm day.

Just curious, I'm getting a mini telemaster for my next plane (with ailerons). Any suggestions where it would rate?
