My question would be : What is the empty weight (glass and wood parts only, no electronics, linkages, fans, motors, retracts etc) ? Electric kits need to be made LIGHT. You cannot take an icdf or turbine kit and just stick a DS fan in it and call it a high performance edf ...
I have seen many icdf (gas) kits converted to electric edf power and they look great on the internet and fly like dogs. I would not fly one even if you gave it to me for free .
You have the Aeronaut Rafale kit so you know what I mean, that is an example of a kit designed for edf looks like, I believe the empty kit weights < 800g.
The second question would be: what does the ducting look like?
