My son and I are now into electric cars and the 2nd charge port would have been great. I could charge 2 of the 4600 A123 packs at 10 amps. As it stands, I have to wait since I can only charge the 1 pack at a time. Other than that, the 0610I is a really nice charger that has done everything I have asked of it.
That's why I bought 2 0610iNETs!

FWIW, Aircraft-World in Japan does indeed have them in stock at $269USD. I have one on the way. Expected here end of the week, or early next week.

My US sources were telling me that they are not expected over here for about another month. I couldn't wait. I'll likely get a second one once they are available here.

Silent what did they hit you for shipping on the charger? I think I can wait a month but I still may bite the bullet and buy it from Japan against my better judgement.

I did the faster "EMS" shipping. It was $25. Regular shipping (7 to 14 days) would have been less than $10. Worth it to me.

I'll likely grab another when they hit our shores. This is frankly the perfect charger for me and running boats with 4 big packs (4S to 6S) in them I need to charge 2 packs at a time.

BTW - I had the same worry, but after a little research found out that Aircraft-World has a superb reputation and is actually very closely tied with Hyperion, which is why they have it now.

I'll let you know when it shows up. With the EMS shipping you get a tracking number, but you have to wait 24 hours for it to show up.

Actually, I just checked it. I placed the order at 3:07 pm Monday Japan time. It hit the postal system at 5:57 and is enroute.

I have two 4000 and two 5000 packs - sounds like a Duo in my future and I can get rid of my Astro 109.

I didnt see from the manual where this charger would do any discharging or storage discharge? Seems strange that a full featured charger in this class wouldnt have those features?

Aircraft World is one of the TOP hobby suppliers around.

Normally shipping from them is $2.50, yes I said $2.50, and it arrives in about 7 days.

You can buy from them with total confidence.

Well If I don't hear anything by the end of the week from my US supplier I am going to order from them. I really am in no hurry though since the water is hard here in NY anyway.

Oh man, I'm so relieved. I went ahead and ordered one from Aircraft-World. I got these two 5000 mah 6S packs from United Hobbies today and nothing to charge them with. I've been toying with just blowing cash on two of the net chargers, but this saves me the grief. One charger, one connection to the battery terminals, fewer chords, guaranteed net charging at a lower price. Hurray!

Hopefully it gets here before they arrive in the states or it won't have been worth the extra cost.

I was looking a some of their costs and frankly they were down to the penny what these cost over here. I do not expect them to be cheaper at all.

AlleRC sells a combo with the EOS1210i, 2 LBA-10s and all the cables for exactly down to the penny the same as Aircraft-World. And express shipping costs the same, or more. For instance 2 day express mail is $30. UPS overnight is $129!!!!

It will be interesting to see how long it takes for my order to show up.
