How the heck do you leave feedback for someone

that has NO feedback so far?

I cannot locate a place to do this here!

Assistance appreciated.

Click on their ID then on the left look for their (0) rating then click on that. Look for a "submit Feedback" link and click on that....There ya go.

Wingnut left out one thing.... you have to provide the link to the transaction. assuming it was something in the FS/W threads, just find the thread, copy the URL from the address bar, and paste it in the field on the feedback page.
