Andy,

I tried to disassemble my fan unit, but it seems the Loctite is working well.

I have not tested my fan yet, but I do have blade clearance on all blades, but there is evidence of blade rub inside the fan housing. I'll most likely test it out this weekend.

Because of we tested every EDF75 as breaking.

Each unit had measured.

Every unit will work. The bad units will not be used.

Chen or Mr Lin, do you have a date when you expect these to be available separately in the USA?

Thanks,

Andy
If you look at post no 174 you will see that my new EDF-75 drew 44 amps at 11.2 volts on my first runs.

I have removed the plastic rotor but not the metal addaptor. All that is required is to unscrew the center screw and pull the rotor forward.

Has anyone started their build thread? I am waiting for 2 Naro Pro servos to get to me today and then I am ready to put the fuselage together. I will try to get it ready for this weekend.

Btw, if you intend to install rudders, don't forget to make a channel for the servo extension wire and install the wire before glueing the two fuse halves together. Otherwise you will have wires dangling outside the fuse. The servo installation sequence for the rudder is shown very late in the manual after the fuselage are glued together.

Do you mean they have been balanced as well?

Andy,

The rotor and motor have all been upgraded. Each EDF75 set with the motor has to be well tested by production lines at GWS China before being put into box of powered version kit.

Every EDF75 with BL2815 motor had tested and measured.

However, new rotor shoot after tooling modified will come with ribs inside rotor.

really, Mr Lin.

I am not chinese and can't read chinese
but this is straight out from the English web site
http://www.globalsecurity.org/milita...china/j-10.htm

"The change in Chinese reporting of the J-10, from
the "Jian-10" ("Fighter-10") to the
"Qian Shi-10" ("Attack 10") is proof of this intended move. "

So I understood Jian-10 means Fighter-10 like what they
said above, not Killer-10 like what you said. Also I understood
there is a new version of J-10, called Qian Shi-10 or "Attack-10"

J-10 already stand by in Taiwan GWS HQ ready to be ordered.

However, not too many distributors place orders.

Some one of you should push them to take action!
