Works good. I used a 3s csrc 800mAh 10C lipos on mine.

I have one of those 3s 10c 800MAH CSRC. Get maybe 8 min flight times. And I have three 3s 8c 800mah CSRC's and get like 6 minutes fight time

Na, should be the same. Your C rating isn't relative to flight time in this case. Older maybe.. but not because of C.

Your 1000s should give you about 9-10min and retain the lipo @ 80%.

Sounds good. I'm pretty sure I shouldn't go under 10C at all. I need to hook my compy up to my watt meter. I've been watching my Cell Pro 4s to make sure I'm not discharging too much. I love this charger.

Eh, you should be in the same range as mine was:

Arc110 motor, 3s lipo 800mAh, M24 blades = 5.7A @ 64W WOT
(.1A generated from 2 LEDs)

The trex 450 flybar is like 7.5 inches long which might make the cyclic feel slugish.
But they might work well with my M24's cause the M24's spin so fast that the cyclic control is ubber sensitive.

I tried a 11 inch fly bar once on a HBFP and it was a total slug. These 190mm trex flybars might work perfect with the Compy wood blades. I hope.

How would a CommonSenseRC 3s 1000MAH 10c lipo work on a Compy with a HDX300 and wood or M24 blades?
Would I get atleast 10 minutes flight time?
Well I just got done doing some hovering with the Trex 450 flybar on my compy. Cyclic stayed very responsive and I could kind of tell the head speed went up. Heli felt even more stable. Maybe the trex paddles allow for a faster head speed?
Very happy. The Trex paddles were alot easier to setup too.
Had to drill some new holes in my Blade 400 landing gear for them to work. Tail rotor is now about 3/4 of an inch off the ground now.

Just flew my freestyle today got 3 battery packs outa here before the wind smacked me pretty hard.

this bird is so easy to hover I constantly find myself saying wow..

I had to order some new parts from Australia since the only part I broke was a Freestyle only part.. Darn..

I'm wondering if I should get the EXI 450 I was planning on or just buying a Compy300FP deluxe instead.
Man these are fun and stable.

the only bummers are the blades M24 and Compy blades seem hard to get.
and of course Freestyle and Compy Unique parts which means ordering from Australia or HK respectively. which means 10+ days of shipping =/

Can someone tell me whether plastic M24 blades are better on compy than 8 degreee woodies? I've tried to thin rotortech CF blades to get a higher head speed with less FP effect, but they started to flex up real bad, completely unusable. Do M24 flex upwards as well?

The only Compy specific parts are the frame. Everything else is esky (head) and tail which is just like a Trex. And you can get those wood blades from Burke on the allthingsthatFly.com website.

So after posting those pics of my Compy I go out for another Test Hover and 2 min in I start losing power. Odd.... Then my blades flew off the rotor. I have them set up to fly off in a crash. My Jesus pin was GONE! I need to keep an eye on that. Using the stock Compy Main Shaft and CNC J-Team flybar cage.
