What is a good trainer for the Wren 44 gold
I am looking at getting into turbines soon. I would like to know what jet would make a good trainer with a 44 gold strapped to it. As for my flying background I have been flying EDFs for a few years and am comfortable going fast. I just don't want a huge jet so thats why I am looking at the 44. Also I would like slow landing speeds and grass field capability.

Couple good options out there, but I like what RCGUY is doing with the R54 airframe by sizing it well for the Wren 44 Gold. Big enough, but small enough too. I've got the R54 with a P-60, and it's huge. But then again, the size is just right for me as I was looking for something about that size. http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=696489 |
