How long does it typically take you from unload the car time to landing to pull off these panos?

trackhead, I think this flight was around 8 minutes total including coming back to land once and check exposure etc. I shot around 6 pans in that time from different vantage points.

I need a heli that's capable of lifting the 40D first Still, I'm sure that will come in time Just have to make the most of what I've got available to me at the moment ....

Sounds about how long mine take. Usually I can shoot 5 in a 6 minute flight.

I did one this morning at the new Bass Pro shopping center. One pano at 300' AGL. Total flight time - 56 seconds.
