C'mon Bruno! Post the link and I'll start printing up the t-shirts. I'm thinkin an all white shirt with an all white logo. That way it'll still be a mystery... ...kinda.
![]() Now for something completely different.................. I just got the word. I have to move. I have an RnR Eagle for sale; $300 obo. To correct the WWW, its a 2 wing panel plane not 3. Gonna throw away all the foam that doesn't have NCFM written on it. It's all got Jackass-rash anyway. I will take pics of the Eagle and post in the for-sale section as time permits. Anybody want an '05 CRF450R with (literally) <15hrs. on it? 4K firm! Mojo |

Bob, I don't know anything about an Alpina, but I would be more worried about the wing snapping in half. Laguna can be bigger than BV and Torrey combined. There is no recovery up there either, unless you get luck. I usually bring disposable foam and stuff it into the scrub at high speeds to land. If you don't want to scratch your planes, stick to Torrey.
http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&ll...01505&t=h&z=20 This is the LZ. The other option, off the road, is a 40 foot drop in landing (read stall) under the huge rotor. If you've never been there, I would recommend a recon mission first. |
