well, J and i are planning to doa joint F-86 build he will be going pusher, and ill be going edf these will be pretty large models, and i thought id start this to get the sabre juices flowing feel free to post any sabre pics you might have BTW, those 3 views dont look quite right...well keep looking

Damn, I won't even be home until Thursday! That is a great pic. I will look thru my 3 views, I have several.
And mine will have wing tanks. I posted a pic from the airshow that looks a lot like the formation shot except positions are reversed. And I thought it was a really tight formation.

Hey, dunno if you have these already or not, but if they can be of some use to you then here are some plans posted for the F-86 that I found once somewhere... I've never been back to the place where I found them, but they look like they may be from GGRN. Anyway, here.

EDIT: Well, shucks, the site won't upload 'em. However, they're real nice plans with wing ribs and fuse formers and everything, so if you want a copy of them, shoot me your emails in a PM and I'll try to send them to you that way.

PS: Although what I'm really looking for is a plan for a DeHavilland Mosquito formers and ribs that I want to make out of Depron and balsa

I'd also suggest the Canadair Sabre (aka "Sword") -- the line that I've always heard about how to tell the difference was to look where the plane had been -- smoke -- American J-57 engine, no smoke -- Canadian Orenda engine

The 86 dogfighting the Mig at Nellis airshow was American, looked like it had a smoke machine!
