Ok, I found where to vote.

I voted for a plane that I don't have built yet, but I can see by the plans that it will be an awesome little Jet. I have a couple of similar planes, but none with a sweeping wing.

Where are you purchasing your pusher props for this plane?

Kaos,

Just use regular APC props, and put the on the motor with the markings toward the motor. Motor should spin clockwise looking at the shaft. Opposite direction of a front mounted motor. To reverse the direction of a brushless motor, just switch any two leads.

If you mean that you're going to cut some more kits, sign me up.

I'm in the middle of the build, just waiting for my order from UH to come in. I could make do with what I've got on hand, except for the wing servo....

Rmg: I'll letcha know after the New Year.
Right now I'm kinda tired of doing "part sets"
I dont DO full KITS !

I'm not a business - just a retired guy with a cnc.

Plus Mike has run me out of foam.
I've made about 28 sets of parts so far.
At 3 sheets of depron per set, you'd be out of foam too :-)

Hey Bird,

Could you post a picture of your CNG machine in action. I have never seen one of those. A short video would be cool

Bildo :

Hey I was stationed in Warner Robins from 70 - 72 ! PEMEL

We used to fly south of town down towards Bonaire !
Base property but Off Base !

Bot Pix:

There is one pic here http://www.balsabuddies.com/cutouts/bot.jpg
I had just finished cutting some giant ribs for a Horton III
That is an 4' x 8' steel table !

Then a coupla more at the bottom !

It's NOT serious CNC as it's only Stepper motor driven not Servo motors.
But It cuts what I want when I want and as many times as I want.

I use a 1/8" bit in a router to cut foam - Cant afford a Laser

Still I bet this isnt very impressive, eh ? :-)

Just an Old Laptop PC serial linked to a control box and a huge linear
powersupply for powering the 4 ea. steppers.

I made the GEARDOWN mechanisms myself.
Sorry, no antibacklash gears.

Two steppers on the X axis,
One stepper on each of the Y & X axis.
6" C channel Steel rails and legs on the table with 4"x4"x/1/4" angle
and 2"x2"x1/4" angle cross pieces.
Reasonably sturdy but not perfect.

Over the years I've cut thousands of 1/4" Balsa parts
for a NON MODELING type of business.
BalsaUSA knows me well.

I was never stationed here but ended up here working for the USAF U2/Pred programs. I was PMEL for the first 12 years.

Yeah, very cool.

Amazingly enough, my order from UH arrived today. I don't think I've ever received anything on a Sunday. I must have inadvertently ugraded the shipping or something.

So now I've got my wing servo mounted and I'm almost ready to seal up th bottom, just need to pick up some longer wires from the ESC to the battery. I guess it's off to Radio Shack tommorow.....

Does anyone know what guage wire I should buy to extend the ESC?
