Parts are cut and assembly has begun. I should be finished up this coming week and maiden next weekend.

My vertical stabs are 3mm depron. Maybe I'll add come CF strip in them to help them hold up. Haven't put them on yet, so I'll do it before installation.

I'll just use my normal 1mmx3mm flat stick and cut a 2mm slot in the foam.
I think my tails are going to wind up solid black anyway, so you won't be able to see them. Pat |

I just have to say what a great plane this is! I can't wait to build one. just one question... I've read this thread all the way through and am gearing up to build one. while ordering servos from Grayson, I ran across the super mega jet motor combo. I ordered it (thinking that it was closer to a supersonic) but now im wondering if it is too big for the 100% version of this plane. if so, how big do you guys think id have to scale it?

No, you could stay at the normal size. But that motor is overkill. Still OK though.
