How do you guys cut perfect circle holes for the wing pivot points?

I tried but it ended up with weird edges.

I'm sure there are more sophisticated ways but I just drew an exact circle, carefully cut inside the line and then carefully sanded the foam up to the line. You just need to be careful and wrap the sand paper round something round like a bit of dowel, or even a pencil. The 'fatter' the object you wrap the sandpapr round, the easier it will be to get it absoultely right. Another way would be to use a hole cutter of the correct diameter, or close to, and then sand as above. Could luck, just take it slowly, if you sand up to the circle you have drawn you can't really go wrong. I also used thin strips of cellophane round the pivot to take out any play and act as a kind of bearing. I'm sure there are other instructions in the build thread?

Thanks electric. I'll try that this weekend and hopefully don't make a mess out of it.

I dusted off my kit this past weekend and almost have it ready to fly. Just finishing installing the rx and esc. This will be my first swing wing, so I can hardly wait to try it out!

Finally got started on the kit I got to build for my friend. Up to the wings right now. Once I get the wing swing dailed in, I should be able to finish it off quickly.

I'm going to try and contact Maybz and get his permission to scale this down and add it to the Nico Hobbies lineup. As soon as I get this 100% build done for a friend, I'll think about tackling the smaller version.
