Guys, this is the plane that taught me how to fly - honest. I had a FlyZone J3 Cub that was a complete disaster - crashed/repaired at minimum 4 times, for about 90 seconds of actual flight time. I was fast becoming so frustrated with the whole thing that the Corsair was taken out with the attitude of Fly Or Die. And it flew, thank goodness. It crashed, several times, over the next many flights, but glued back together without trouble and flew just as well as it did before.
Now, 3 years or so later, this F4U still gets flown. I've added retracts and a SuperTigre ST.10, it is officially named FrankenPlane, it's ugly and worn and frazzled - and still flies so beautifully that it is still a joy to fly. For sure not the fastest, not the biggest, not the smoothest (in even light winds), but I am unable to abandon it simply because it does work so very nicely. Moral (?) is; don't give up on it - it won't let you down, and in short time it will show you the satisfaction you somehow just knew was in there

Yes i believe this corsair is just as easy to fly as most trainers...Mine has also been crashed and repaired numerous times and flys just as good as ever...You can't learn to fly if you are worried about crashing or believe you will crash...Once u believe in your ability and settle your nerves and use common sense you will have success...
