FS: Todds Models Tiny RTF
I bought this from a fellow EZoner with the intent of flying it in the winter indoors, but haven't gotten around to it. Here is the description from his original post:
As you can see, it's covered with mylar and green reynolds wrap. The reynolds is on the top surface of the wing, and looks very good. There's a small dimple on the underside of the of the left half of the wing, near the front. Incuded are the plans, left over mylar and scrap balsa, (which I probably should have tossed).
It's outfitted with:
Kontronik Micro 10
Aplex Hobby micro reciever / Ch 28
8 Cell, 50 mAh NiCad pack (new cells, never charged)
9 loose cells of NiMH, same size as the 50 mA Nicads.
All up weight is 5.1 oz.
I've flown it about 5 or 6 times, it flies great! It's had two "not so soft" landings, which resulted in one of the prop blades coming out of the slot, CA fixed it, it's good to go. End quote.
The plane is just as I received it, and includes the loose Nimh cells and nicad pack and other misc. mentioned. Just for testing, I partially charged the Nicad pack and installed a GWS receiver on my channel and everything works: The Kontronik beeps and the motor/prop make a lot of pull, both servos work. GWS receiver not included. I'm enclosing a few photos taken this morning....
$150 plus shipping in the US. Paypal preferred, or money order. Thanks, Al
