Ok got my email from andy and all is good. Now what is the specs on the 2815 motor that is going to be offered with the kit? It states its a new motor but I haven't been able to find any info on it.
Jason **EDIT** DOH!!!! I just ready Tailslides post with the 3700Kv rating for the 2815 motor . I would have to got with Tailslide on this one as it looks quick enough on that motor and 3S but 22oz of thrust for a 33oz plane is enough to fly but still a bit low for me. Who knows might still get the combo just to test it stock. Looks like it has a nice hatch for easy fan removal for upgrade later. Magnet attatchments for easy removal later .

Almost missed this thread. Chen, I suggest you have this thread made as a Sticky like Ray used to do.

tailslide I think that setup in this plane would be insane. I think though if you were going for a similair performance setup an HET 3W would give you close to same performance as what you f-18 has. decisions decisions

Tailslide,
The shaft diameter was 3mm on BL-2815. A new adapter was used on the EDF75, while the old one was 2.3mm. Skyhwak, The shipping cost might be the same as what on GWS-15. We're trying to find out a cheaper way for shipping out EB kits from CWS China. Chen |
