EB of USA major cities may be get A4 in hand before Nov. 20th.

I'm already thinking I may have to cannibalize the power system from my HET F-18 for this one. HET 6904 70 mm fan, 2w-20 motor, 4s 3300, 650 watts.

GWS A4 test flown powered by EDF75 with GWS 2815, 2845 and 2847 BL motors fly very nice result.

I will let GWS A4 kit come with motor as package deal!

Mr Lin / Chen - What power system is the plane flying on in each of the videos in post 1? And what is the amp draw and thrust output of each system you mentioned?

So... the email arrived. Am thinking about EB'ing the version with the EDF75-BL2815... What's the verdict on cell count for this? 3S or 4S? What mAH rating?

Am on the fence as I have a hangar full of planes and not a whole bunch of room for new ones...

In this post he says that the motor is 3700 kv. That sounds like a 3s motor to me. I run a 3350 kv in a 70 mm minifan on 4s, and it's pretty hot, so a 3700 kv motor would have to be used with 3s.

I think I'm just going to order the NPS version and put a HET 3w (3000 kv) motor in it w/ 4s. Should be around 450-500 watts that way.

This A4 model seems a little on the big side to me.

Skhwak, Ronin & Tailslide,

Two videos were all with same setup, BL2815 and 4-blade rotor, Amp drawing was 36A at 3-cell 11.1V, Max thrust measured was 600 grams (21.2 oz)+.

6-blade impeller has been tested with the same motor and Lipo, it drew 34A with less thrust, so 4-blade one works better on this setup.

I got mine. It says it's 60 dorrar for NPS, but who knows how much for shipping. The shipping on the F-15 was like 40 bucks!
